We request our guests to drink responsibly, enjoy alcoholic beverages in moderation and consistent with the concept of the cruise. You will be refused service by our crew on board at their absolute discretion if you do not comply with any reasonable request consistent with the NSW liquor license regulations and our house policy

(The captain has complete discretion to refuse boarding if you are deemed to be intoxicated).

The purpose of the beverage package is for you and your guests to enjoy beverages at your convenience. These packages are not designed to promote excessive consumption resulting in intoxication. All guests must use personal discretion not to become intoxicated. If a guest is deemed intoxicated by our crew they will be removed from the vessel and dropped off at the nearest wharf (at Captain’s discretion). If it is a group booking, and the group does not comply with the direction of the Cruise Director, the entire group will be required to leave the vessel. You will not receive any part payment, either for the cruise or the beverage package if you or the group are removed from the vessel due to intoxication. If you fail to comply with our directive, the Captain or Cruise Director will report the matter to the NSW Water Police. We would like to advise you that the NSW Water Police can access our vessels whilst they are underway, or at the nearest wharf, at their discretion.

Dress Code
  • To ensure your Clearview dinner experience is a quality dinner cruise, we request your cooperation in adhering to the minimum dress code.
  • MEN are requested to wear collared shirts and pants. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sleeveless clothing or shorts on dinner cruise
  • WOMEN are encouraged to dress appropriately to attend a dinner at a quality restaurant. Playsuits and other inappropriate clothing should be avoided.
  • STRICTLY no athletic wear (tracksuits or sweat pant and hoodies), thongs, singlets or beach wear.
  • You will be refused boarding if you are not dressed appropriately (at the discretion on the Cruise Director and the Captain) and do not meet the decorum of the cruise.
  • We appreciate your total cooperation in the interest of all passengers on board.

ADDTIONAL INFORMATION (Australian Cruise Group Conditions)

  • Cruise duration includes boarding time. Please arrive at the wharf 15 minutes prior to boarding
  • Clearview Cruises operates two glass boats on Sydney Harbour (Clearview glass boat + Blue Room glass boat). Either of these vessels could be scheduled at our discretion to operate any of our regular ticketed cruises.
  • No Guests Below 14 Years, including infants, are allowed on board.
  • All guests between 14 -18 must be under adult supervision.
  • Clearview Cruises is not your typical harbour cruise. This cruise was designed to provide a smart and sophisticated Sydney Harbour cruise experience. To reflect the decorum of this cruise, we request you to kindly adhere to a dress code suitable for a memorable and quality dining experience.
  • You may be refused boarding if you are not dressed appropriately and fail to meet the decorum of the cruise. Any customer refused boarding due to 'inappropriate dress code', as per the discretion of the captain and cruise director, will be offered a refund. Refund will only apply to the refused passenger, not the whole group.
  • All of our special event cruises are usually in high demand and fully booked prior to cruise date. The seating arrangements on board various cruises are planned by our Cruise Directors well in advance. If you have any special requests to be seated next to a particular group/friends booked on the same cruise, please advise us 7 days prior to cruise date.
  • Beverage service for the duration of the cruise: Service begins from boarding (a selection of beer, wine & soft drinks) and stops 15 minutes prior to the end of cruise.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for split bills on-board. Each table will be presented with 1 bill for all additional on-board purchases. Credit card payments are preferred.
  • All cruises operate subject to minimum loading to make it viable. The Company reserves the right to transfer your booking to a similar cruise on the same cruise date. We will advise you details of your new cruise by forwarding you a new e-ticket with all the cruise details. We will always endeavour to assign you to a cruise that operates closer to your departure time and duration of cruise. On receiving your new e-ticket please review the cruise details including the menu and inclusions. If you wish to not proceed with the scheduled new cruise, please forward the new e-ticket to the following email ( at least 24 hours prior to departure so that we can reschedule your cruise to the next available departure.
