All our cruises have at least one vegetarian menu option for seated & served menus and buffets also offer vegetarian choice. We cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be in our food, and we explicitly accept no liability in this regard. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCHOHOL POLICY
(The captain has complete discretion to refuse boarding if you are deemed to be intoxicated).
- The purpose of the beverage package is for you and your guests to enjoy beverages at your convenience. These packages are not designed to promote excessive consumption resulting in intoxication. All guests must use personal discretion not to become intoxicated. If a guest is deemed intoxicated by our crew they will be removed from the vessel and dropped off at the nearest wharf (at Captain’s discretion). If it is a group booking, and the group does not comply with the direction of the Cruise Director, the entire group will be required to leave the vessel. You will not receive any part payment, either for the cruise or the beverage package if you or the group are removed from the vessel due to intoxication. If you fail to comply with our directive, the Captain or Cruise Director will report the matter to the NSW Water Police. We would like to advise you that the NSW Water Police can access our vessels whilst they are underway, or at the nearest wharf, at their discretion.
- To ensure your Clearview dinner experience is a quality dinner cruise, we request your cooperation in adhering to the minimum dress code
- MEN are requested to wear collared shirts and pants. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sleeveless clothing or shorts on dinner cruise
- WOMEN are encouraged to dress appropriately to attend a dinner at a quality restaurant. Playsuits and other inappropriate clothing should be avoided.
- STRICTLY no athletic wear (tracksuits or sweat pant and hoodies), thongs, singlets or beach wear
- You will be refused to board the cruise if you didn't meet the dress code and in this case, no refund to be given.
- We appreciate your total cooperation in the interest of all passengers on board.
- Clearview Cruises operates two glass boats on Sydney Harbour (Clearview glass boat + Blue Room glass boat). Either of these vessels could be scheduled at our discretion to operate any of our regular ticketed cruises.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for split bills on board. Each table will be presented with 1 bill for all additional on-board purchases. Credit card payments are preferred.
- No guests below the age of 14 are permitted, including infants
- Cruise duration includes boarding time
- All cruises operate subject to minimum loading to make it viable.
- The Company reserves the right to transfer your booking to a similar cruise on the same cruise date.
- We will advise you details of your new cruise by forwarding you a new e-ticket with all the cruise details.
- We will always endeavour to assign you to a cruise that operates closer to your departure time and duration of cruise. On receiving your new e-ticket please review the cruise details including the menu and inclusions.
- If you wish to not proceed with the scheduled new cruise, please forward the new e-ticket to the following email (res@australiancruisegroup.com.au) at least 24 hours prior to departure so that we can reschedule your cruise to the next available departure.
- All bookings must to be placed 3 days in advance.
