  • Female passengers are encouraged to dress up and shorts are not allowed
  • Males are encouraged to bring a dinner jacket. Shorts, singles and thongs are strictly not allowed.
THINGS TO KNOW

(Australian Cruise Group Conditions)

  • We recommend all guests arrive at the wharf at lease 15 minutes prior to commencement of boarding to collect your boarding pass (at Wharf 5, Australian Cruise Group Office). Please allow sufficient time for travel as all of our cruises will depart at the designated time on your cruise confirmation.
  • The boat will not wait for any passengers beyond the designated departure time. Even in the instance a few passengers within a group are running late, the boat will not wait for them to join the cruise. No refund or credit will be issued for passengers who do not board the cruise on time.
  • Chilren underage of 16, cruising on our vessels, must always be under the supervision of their accompanying adults at all times. Under no circumstances, should children be allowed to run around inside the vessels or on the outer decks or lean over balustrades. Safety is our #1 priority and it is the obligation of the parents / guardians to uphold the safety of the children cruising with them. It is extremely important for parents/guardians to ensure that their guests below the age of 16 are always well behaved, so as not to impact the enjoyment of any other guests onboard.
  • Odd number bookings (e.g. 1,3,5,7 guests) may be subject to share tables
  • Photography of the show is strictly prohibited
  • Please note that whilst we are delighted to welcome well-behaved children on board our vessels/cruising restaurants, we do not provide high chairs due to safety reasons.   • No activity that encourages excessive alcohol consumption is permitted
  • Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests
  • We do not serve "shots" or "doubles"
  • Alcohol service to minors is not permitted
  • No guest is permitted to bring or remove alcohol from the vessel
  • Our aim is to ensure that all our guests enjoy the harbour in a safe and professionally managed environment
  • Please assist our staff in meeting the requirements of Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • We ask you to please respect the residential neighborhood when disembarking our vessel

Please arrive at 6:50 PM to exchange your voucher @ Wharf 5 Australian Cruise Group Office. Your final boarding wharf to be in your boarding pass.

Getting There

  • By Train: get off Town Hall Station & walk to Darling Harbour Wharf 5 (approx 10 – 15 mins walk).
  • By Light Rail: Get off at QVB & walk to Darling Harbour Wharf 5 (approx 10 – 15 mins walk).
  • Parking: Cinema Centro Car Park (521 Kent St) is one of the close car park to get to Darling Harbour. Check out their parking rates  here
