Tangalooma Snorkel the Wrecks Day Cruise

Tangalooma Island Resort latest day trip offering includes a guided snorkel tour through the magical Tangalooma Shipwrecks of Moreton Island. The crystal clear waters that surround the wrecks are filled with over 200 species of fish and 130 species of coral, not to mention 3 different species of marine sea turtle, dolphins and even our resident Wobbegong sharks and stingrays. This guided tour begins at the Tangalooma beach front, with a short boat ride to the wrecks, with all snorkel gear provided.

  • 1x tea, coffee, or soft drink per guest to use at any time aboard the passenger ferry
  • Guided Snorkel Tour through the Wrecks (90-min tour time include safety briefing and boat ride from beach to shipwrecks – approx 30-35 mins in water)
  • Resort access pass allowing use of resort facilities including two swimming pools, restaurants, and bars (as time permits)
  • Snorkel equipment: Wetsuits, Fins, Mask, Snorkel, Life Jacket (if required), pool noodles (for flotation), and prescription masks

Pickup time & location

Passenger ferry services depart from Holt Street Wharf in Pinkenba, Brisbane and arrive at the Tangalooma Jetty on Moreton Island.
